Natural Home Remedies For Skin Rashes

Rashes and itching is a form of skin irritation that causes and urges to scratch on the affected area. Itching and Skin rashes could affect either a local area on the skin or could be present throughout your body.

Rashes are symptoms of a certain conditions like itching, Skin lesions, Blisters, Dry skin, and Eczema.

Cause: Pregnant women and women going through menopause could have itching problems due to the expansion of the skin. Contact with any harsh detergent and allergens and stings also lead to rashes. Insect Bites, Allergic to certain and bacterial infections

Signs and Symptoms: Redness, Itchiness, Dryness Patches on the Skin and inflammation

List of Home Remedies:Cinnamon Powder and Honey: Take two teaspoons of cinnamon powder (Dal Chini). Add two teaspoons of honey to it. Mix them well and apply this paste on the affected area. Leave it as it is for about 15 to 20 minutes then wash it off with plain water. Repeat the same 2 to 3 times daily.

Coconut and Lime: Take six tablespoons of coconut oil in a bowl; add four tablespoons of lime juice to it.Mix them properly; place this bowl in another big bowl of hot water. Apply this mixture on the affected parts of the skin and leave it as overnight.

Corn Starch: Take three tablespoons of corn starch, Add a little water to it. Mix them well to make a fine paste. Apply this paste on the affected parts of the skin and leave it as it is for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Then wash it off with plain water do this thrice daily.

Olive Oil: Olive oil also works as a skin moisturizer, as olive oil is rich in vitamin E and anti-oxidants. Take an equal amount of extra-virgin olive oil and honey and rub it on the affected area daily 2-3 times.

Turmeric Powder and Olive Oil: Take some turmeric powder to add a little olive oil to it and apply on the rashes for about 2 – 3 times in a day.

Baking Soda: Mix some baking soda with few drops of coconut oil to make a thick paste and apply it on the affected area. Leave it as it is for 5 minutes then wash it off. Do this 2 times daily. Do not leave the baking soda on your skin for too long, it may cause a further reaction.

Ice Cubes: Apply the ice cubes on the affected area of the skin including your face and you will get the relief from redness instantly.

Aloe Vera: Apply some Aloe Vera gel on the rashes or you can also apply the gel on your face.

Witch Hazel: Soak a cotton cloth in witch hazel and apply on the affected area of the skin and leave it on for about 30 minutes before washing it off.

Chamomile: Make yourself a chamomile tea and apply the tea on your rashes for instant relief. Or you can even apply the chamomile oil for instant relief from the redness.
